Beast of a Mimic!

As I mentioned in lot of my earlier posts that “Ant-mimicking Jumping Spiders” are one of my favorite genus of Spiders to witness on the wild and also to photograph. They are such amazing mimics that they live among the colony of ants they mimic. Another favorite ant mimicking spider is Ant-mimicking Crab Spider which I yet find on the field. This individual on the frame is a male spider, mimicking the Weaver ants. One of the biggest Ant-mimicking spiders with such a long chelicerae that is found in Indian subcontinent. 😊
