Eagle eye

That’s actually not an eagle, it’s a black kite. The main difference between the two lies in their size (eagles are larger) and the shape of their tail (eagles have fan-like tails while kites have V-shaped tails).
Black kites are the most common birds of prey in urban areas, as they also have a habit of scavenging from garbage dumps.
The kite in this picture is collecting twigs for building its nest, which will be high up in a tall tree or on top of a building.
