Leaf me alone
Photographed in the pristine forest of Agumbe at Kalinga Centre for Rainforest Ecology – a Rolled Leafe Spider, aptly named due to its out of the ordinary abdomen that is shaped like a rolled-up leaf with a twisted stem. The camouflage lets it blend in with the background flawlessly, staying out of sight of hungry birds and other predators.
