Now you see me!!
While we were passing by a stone quarry, which is a very potential place to find Eagle owls, few small birds and lapwings were making nuisance, in distress in the roadside trenches. Just like other birdwatchers, we too realized and started spotting the magnificent and mighty prey bird of scrublands, The Indian Eagle Owl.
Despite of being few feet away from our car, we couldn’t spot it for long time. And then suddenly, the owl turned its head, towards us, staring at us with it’s terrorising orange eyes. No wonder why it is considered as one of the furious prey bird from the scrublands.
Feel the intensity of the stare in this frame. What an unforgettable moment this was !!
