Table for One
One not so early morning at the base, I decided to go for a stroll as soon as I woke up. I was going towards Romulus’ cottage when I spotted the field director who had in turn spotted this beautiful Beddome’s Keelback (Amphiesma beddomei) feeding out in the open. My still droopy eyelids opened wide with excitement and I ran and got my camera from the dorm. I hadn’t even cleaned the dust around my eyes but managed to get two or three shots of this amazing creature before it decided to go into the forest and swallow its meal in peace without anyone eying it.
