There is a high-tension power line that cuts across part of the Nagarhole tiger reserve, starting from the MM Road and proceeding north towards Kerala. There is a game road that runs alongside, commonly referred to as the ‘Power line’. You could see an elephant herd on the high ground and a lone Gaur at the down.
