Mother Cheetah will try to protect her cubs until they reach the age of 6 months or so, then she will teach them how to hunt! But once the hunt is done she will keep her eye on predators such as lions and hyenas! not to protect the carcass! but to protect her young ones!
In this photo, the mother didn’t eat much of the small gazelle .. instead she kept looking around for any near by predators while her two young ones ate! then suddenly one her young siblings came to her and started to keep an eye for the surrounding! its like she was teaching them to watch out for each others and not get busy eating or they will end up dead!
Their faces crossed in away that it matches the black lines in each of their faces!
