🙇🏻as soon as the cicada breaks out of the nymphal shell it starts inflating it’s wings with fluid know as Hemolymph which are equivalent to blood in most invertebrates, Hemolymph are copper – based protein that turns blue in color when exposed to oxygen which gradually turn to green…. 💙
